All Acratech Quick-Release Plates have the following features :-

* Compatible with all Arca-Swiss type quick-release clamps.
* Large deep pockets provide maximum weight reduction while maintaining strength.
* Pockets work in tandem with detente pin on quick-release clamp to prevent plate from slipping out of clamp when inadvertantly loosened.
* Lip prevents twisting of plate when mounted on lens tripod collar mount.
